Commercial Manager

We are recruiting a Commercial Manager on behalf of a leading infrastructure construction client. This highly strategic role will involve lading the commercial development of large scale public sector infrastructure projects.

The person that they are looking for will be based in the Dublin region and will have particular expertise with target cost contracts.

Key responsibilities:

• Give strategic guidance on commercial activities managing reports, forecasting and financial projections
• Manage all the commercial aspects of large scale projects managed under target cost contracts.
• Support pricing, tender submissions and subcontractor procuremen

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience within Ireland based public sector infrastructure projects
• In dept knowledge of target cost contracts
• Based in Dublin or surrounding regions
