Maintenance Electrician

We are recruiting an electrical maintenance technician on behalf of our Roscommon based manufacturing client. The technician will be part of a team who will ensure uptime and maintenance of a range of machinery, operated on a 6 day basis.

They are a well-established employer in the area and have a very good reputation as an employer. The person they are looking for will hold a relevant electrical qualification (for Ireland) and have experience working as part or a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry our scheduled and unscheduled repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Work as part of the team to carry our preventative maintenance
• Install, commission and repair electrical equipment
• Carry out testing and participate in audits
• Be available for on call

Minimum requirements

• Have a relevant electrical qualification, applicable to Ireland
• Be living in the Roscommon country or surrounding areas
• Posess a valid right to work in Ireland (sponsorship cannot be considered)
• Experience working a part of a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
