We are seeking a passionate, skilled Mixologist to join a busy, high-performing bar team. This is an opportunity for someone who lives and breathes cocktails someone who takes pride in presentation, precision, and delivering a memorable guest experience every single time.

Responsibilities of a Mixologist

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails to specification with consistency
• Deliver exceptional guest engagement at the bar
• Maintain strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and drink development
• Ensure bar setup, stock levels, and cleanliness are maintained to the highest standard
• Work efficiently in high-volume late-night service
• Uphold licensing laws and responsible service standards

Requirements for a Mixologist:

• 2+ years’ experience in a cocktail-focused bar
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern techniques
• Confident making specialty cocktails with excellent speed of service
• Personality-driven and engaging professional
• Comfortable working in a busy late-night environment
• A relationship builder with strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
