The Noel Group are delighted to be working with one of Dublin’s hottest Cocktail Bars. Our client is a busy, high-energy venue located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, premium drinks offering, and exceptional customer experience.

They are seeking a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to lead from the floor and take full responsibility for evening service. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive standards, manage performance, and ensure seamless service from the first guest arrival to close of business.

Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:

• Lead and inspire a team of talented hospitality professionals
• Drive exceptional customer experience and handle escalated guest queries professionally
• Assist with staffing levels, rotas, and shift planning
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
• Monitor stock control, wastage, and nightly cash reconciliation
• Ensure health & safety and licensing regulations are adhered to at all times
• Work closely with senior management to deliver revenue and profitability targets

Requirements for an Operations Manager:

• 3+ years’ management experience in a high-volume bar or late-night venue
• Strong cocktail and premium drinks knowledge
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Calm and confident under pressure
• Commercially aware with strong operational controls experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A natural leader who thrives on the energy of late-night hospitality
