The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Tralee.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional to join a high-performing kitchen team, delivering exceptional food experiences to guests.


The Duties:

  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard in line with the restaurant’s menu and service style.

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as required.

  • Mentor and support junior kitchen staff when necessary.

  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.


The Must-Have Requirements to Be Considered:

  • Proven experience in hospitality.

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, or ready to step forward in your culinary career.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa is not provided.

  • Accommodation Provided 3 months


Salary & Benefits:
