The Duties:

Overseeing day-to-day food service operations across the venue.

Leading, training, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Managing budgets, stock, and operational costs efficiently.

Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Developing and implementing operational processes to improve service quality.

Collaborating with senior management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Must-Have Requirements:

Have proven experience in hospitality.

Have previous experience in a Food Service Manager role or be ready to step forward in their career.

Live in Ireland and have the right to work in the ROI.

Salary & Benefits:
