The Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day food service operations across the venue.

• Leading, training, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Managing budgets, stock, and operational costs efficiently.

• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Developing and implementing operational processes to improve service quality.

• Collaborating with senior management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Must-Have Requirements:

• Have proven experience in hospitality.

• Have previous experience in a Food Service Manager role or be ready to step forward in their career.

• Live in Ireland and have the right to work in the ROI.

• Visa is not provided.
