We are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor with in excess of three years’ post-qualification experience to manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction through to closing.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and dedicated support staff in a calm, well-organised practice, with autonomy and trust to run your files while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, re-mortgages) from start to finish
- Handling commercial conveyancing matters (including acquisitions/disposals, leases and related title work), as required by the practice.
- Reviewing and advising on contracts for sale, title documents and closing requirements (residential and commercial)
- Reviewing banking/finance documents relevant to transactions (including facility letters, security documentation and ancillary documents), and progressing matters to completion
- Conducting title investigation and progressing matters efficiently through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, financial institutions and opposing solicitors in a professional and pragmatic manner
- Managing pre-contract enquiries, requisitions on title, and closing documentation
- Ensuring all matters are progressed in line with best practice and relevant compliance requirements (including AML)
- Working with support staff to maintain well-prepared files, clear correspondence and a high level of client care
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor eligible to practise in Ireland, with a current (or ability to obtain) practising certificate
- 3+ years’ experience handling conveyancing matters with a high degree of independence
- Strong working knowledge of conveyancing process, title review, closing mechanics and lender requirements
- Excellent drafting, attention to detail, and a clear, client-friendly communication style
- Ability to manage deadlines sensibly and keep clients updated with confidence and calm professionalism

- Option to work 4 days per week (or 5 days if preferred)
