Operations Manager – Hospitality
Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry
Salary: €55,000 per annum (Negotiable)

This is a senior leadership role within a well-established and highly regarded hospitality business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to play a key part in driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all operational departments, ensuring high service standards, strong financial performance, and a positive working culture across the business.

The Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of all departments to ensure consistent service delivery

• Lead, motivate, and develop department managers and teams

• Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control and commercial decision-making

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, employment legislation, and company policies

• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and service standards

• Support senior management in strategic planning and business development

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational performance reporting

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across the business

The Must Requirements to be Considered:

• Must have experience in hospitality

• Must have experience in a similar Operations Manager role or be ready to step forward in their career

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Strong commercial awareness and operational knowledge

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
