Job Title: General Manager – Contract Catering
Location: Dublin
Salary: €70,000 per annum (negotiable DOE)

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Contract Catering industry to search for an experienced General Manager to lead a flagship operation based in Dublin.
This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially driven hospitality professional with a passion for service excellence and operational performance.
The General Manager will have full responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the site. You will lead and inspire a large on-site team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and compliance while driving continuous improvement and profitability.

The Duties:

• Take full accountability for the day-to-day operation of the contract catering site.

• Lead, develop, and motivate management and frontline teams to deliver exceptional service.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive commercial performance against agreed targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Ensure all food safety, health & safety, and company compliance standards are met and exceeded.

• Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards across the operation.

• Drive innovation in food offer, service delivery, and customer experience.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.

• Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning for the team.

The Must Requirements to Be Considered:

• Must have experience in Hospitality or Contract Catering at General Manager level.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in your career into a General Manager position.

• Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
