Senior Duty Manager – Hospitality
Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Salary: €40,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Senior Duty Manager for a well-established property in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Duty Manager looking to step into a senior leadership role within a high-quality hospitality environment that prioritises guest experience, operational excellence, and team development.

As Senior Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are consistently delivered. You will support senior management while leading and motivating departmental teams on shift.

The Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth service across all departments

• Act as Manager on Duty, handling guest relations and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

• Lead, motivate, and support departmental teams to achieve service and performance targets

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and company procedures

• Assist senior management with rostering, training, and performance management

• Maintain high standards of presentation, service delivery, and operational efficiency

• Support revenue and cost-control initiatives

• Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

• Must have experience in the hospitality industry

• Must have experience in a Duty Manager role or be ready to step forward in their career into a senior position

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage operations in a busy hospitality environment

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
