Job Title: Sous Chef – Luxury Hotel
Location: Co. Clare
Salary: €45,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Sous Chef for a stunning luxury hotel in Co. Clare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join a high-end culinary operation within a boutique luxury hotel environment.

The hotel operates:

• A fine dining restaurant serving a maximum of 42 covers

• A bar offering light lunch service

• Afternoon Tea service (Thursday to Sunday)

• Breakfast service daily for residents

You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and maintain the highest culinary standards across all services.

This property attracts a discerning clientele and prides itself on using high-quality ingredients and delivering consistently high standards.

Key Duties

• Support the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

• Assist with menu development and seasonal menu planning

• Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are strictly adhered to

• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff

• Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service

• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality

• Must have experience in a Sous Chef role or be ready to step up into a Sous Chef position

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
