Job Title: Catering Supervisor
Location: Cork
Salary: €35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality and catering sector to recruit a Catering Supervisor in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional or a strong Senior Catering Assistant ready to take the next step in their career within a structured and professional food service environment.
The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene, and customer care. This role involves leading a small team, supporting service delivery, and maintaining compliance with company and food safety standards.

The Duties:
* Supervise day-to-day catering operations and service delivery
* Lead, motivate, and support catering staff during service periods
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
* Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
* Support staff training and onboarding of new team members
* Assist management with rota planning and operational reporting

The Must Requirements to Be Considered:
* Must have experience in hospitality or catering environments
* Must have experience in a similar supervisory role or be ready to step forward in their career
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
* Visa and relocation packages are not provided
