Deputy General Manager – Hospitality
Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 per annum (DOE)

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Deputy General Manager in Killarney. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career within a high-quality, guest-focused operation.

The Deputy General Manager will support the General Manager in the overall management of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong operational performance, and effective team leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive standards, motivate teams, and contribute strategically to the continued success of the business.

The Duties

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property

  • Lead, coach, and motivate departmental managers and wider teams

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and consistently high service standards

  • Oversee operational procedures across accommodation, F&B, and front-of-house

  • Manage rosters, staffing levels, and payroll controls

  • Monitor budgets, costs, and KPIs to ensure commercial targets are achieved

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, employment law, and company policies

  • Act as Duty Manager as required, being a visible presence on the floor

Must-Have Requirements to Be Considered

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry

  • Experience in a Deputy General Manager role or a strong Operations Manager / Senior Manager ready to step forward in their career

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • A hands-on, guest-focused approach with commercial awareness

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided

Salary & Benefits
