The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious and well-established hospitality client to recruit an experienced Hotel & Bar Manager for a standout property in Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations while leading a passionate team in a customer-focused environment.

As Hotel & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the bar and hotel services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and commercial success. This role would suit an experienced manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel bar and associated service areas

• Lead, train, and motivate the bar and front-of-house teams

• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management

• Drive sales performance and implement initiatives to maximise revenue

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company procedures

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Work closely with senior management to support overall hotel operations

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience working within the hospitality industry

• Experience in a Hotel & Bar Manager role, or currently operating at a senior supervisory/assistant management level and ready to step forward in your career

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Currently living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

• Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to €45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
