As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards across all aspects of service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and staff alike.

Responsibilities of a Bar Manager:

• Managing daily bar operations and service delivery
• Leading, training, and motivating bar teams
• Maintaining excellent customer experience standards
• Stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
• Working closely with senior management to achieve business goals

Requirements of a Bar Manager:

• Must have previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Great knowledge of spirits, beers, wines and cocktails
• Are commercially aware and comfortable managing costs and margins
• Can thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment

What’s On Offer:

• Salary packages of €40,000 – €55,000 (dependent on role and experience)
