We are working with a leading Irish electrical contractor who is seeking to hire an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver multiple electrical projects across the Dublin and Southern Leinster region.

This role will suit someone with hands-on experience managing electrical projects who is now ready to step into, or further develop within, a Contracts Manager position. The company delivers electrical projects across a diverse range of sectors including hospitals, schools, and major infrastructure projects such as motorways.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of multiple electrical contracts from start to finish

• Commercial and financial management of projects

• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and quality compliance

• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

• Overseeing and supporting site teams, including supervisors and electricians

• Monitoring programme, resources, and performance across projects

The Ideal Candidate

• A background as a qualified electrician is highly desirable

• Experience progressing into roles such as Supervisor, Project Lead, or Project Manager

• Strong knowledge of electrical project delivery within the Irish market

• Commercially aware with excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Motivated, professional, and eager to grow within a successful company
