We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Temporary Receptionist to join our clients team on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Managing appointments and meeting room bookings
  • Handling emails and basic administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Supporting the wider team with general office duties
  • Managing files and stock inventory

Requirements:

  • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using phones, email, and basic computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
