A well-established and highly reputable food distribution organisation is currently recruiting Category C Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to join its busy Cork-based operation. This is a permanent, full-time position offering strong earning potential, long- term stability, and the opportunity to work within a professional and supportive logistics environment.

What’s on Offer

• Cork basic salary: €43,369.66 per annum
• Tax-free subsistence allowance: €16.50 per qualifying day worked
• Early start times: Between 4:00am – 5:30am
• Roster: Any 5 days over 7
• Hours: Typically 40 hours per week

The Role

As a Multi Drop Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders efficiently and accurately throughout Cork city and the wider Munster region. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring reliability, professionalism, and a strong focus on safety and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stop
• Handling and resolving customer queries where possible
• Completing all delivery documentation and paperwork accurately
• Carrying out daily vehicle and load safety checks
• Adhering to food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards
• Reporting any damages, incidents, or food safety issues promptly
• Building strong working relationships with customers
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Requirements

• Full Category C Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving ability and initiative
• A strong safety-conscious mindset
• Leadership qualities and a professional work ethic
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Good geographical knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas
• Experience with temperature-controlled deliveries (advantageous but not required – full training provided)
