We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen operations-someone who can lead the team, maintain excellent standards, and drive the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
- Managing kitchen operations and workflow
- Leading and developing the chef team and kitchen porters
- Menu planning, food cost control, and supplier management
- Ensuring HACCP compliance and food safety standards
- Stock control and ordering
- Maintaining quality and consistency across all outlets
- Working closely with senior management to support the hotel’s growth
- Experience with Procure Wizard and Alkimii would be a strong advantage.
- BBQ experience would be a bonus
What We’re Offering
- Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 per annum (experience dependent)
- No reduction for break time – Paid breaks (30 mins per day)

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced Head Chef with a strong hotel background
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on, organised, and passionate about food quality
- Knowledgeable in HACCP, food safety, and cost control
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable with kitchen management systems (Procure Wizard/Alkimii experience an advantage)
- BBQ experience a bonus for our CASK venue events
- Excited to be part of a growing, values-driven business
