Head of People

Our client, an Irish headquartered AI company, recently funded who are expanding their business globally, need to hire a Head of People to build a fit for class People Function across Europe, Asia and the US.

This is a new role, and will be both very strategic and hands on, requiring someone energetic, passionate about HR and who has experience building an international people function in a fast growing company.

It is an exciting time for someone to come on board and help shape the future growth of the company and help guide them through future funding rounds.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment, retention and employer branding
• Developing best in class HR practices across multiple countries, adhering to international employment law
• Building a people strategy and guiding the business through this
• Developing the culture, keeping growth in line with the founding principles

Must haves:

• Based in Dublin or commutable but available for international travel as required
• Experience hiring and building teams at scale across multiple countries
• Expertise in best in class HR practices
