Overview:
Our client is a leading Irish property developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hotel, and luxury mansion restoration projects. With a portfolio of prestigious developments across Ireland, they are known for ambitious, high-profile projects that set industry standards for design, quality, and craftsmanship.

They are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to supervise and coordinate finishing trades on site. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a proven track record delivering projects in Ireland, excellent knowledge of Irish construction standards and practices, and full working rights in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate finishing trades (joinery, plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and fit-out) on site.
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards and on schedule.
  • Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor progress, report to senior management, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers efficiently.
  • Enforce strict health and safety compliance on site.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects in Ireland.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, hotel construction, and mansion restorations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Full legal working rights in Ireland.
  • Relevant construction qualifications preferred but not essential.
