The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious hospitality client in Waterford to recruit an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and lead all aspects of F&B operations in a respected hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, lounge, banqueting, and room service.

• Lead and develop a high-performing F&B team.

• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and drive customer satisfaction.

• Manage budgets, stock, cost controls, and revenue targets.

• Support menu engineering and promotional activities to maximise revenue.

• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards.

• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with senior management and the Executive Chef on operational strategy.

• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior F&B professional in a hotel or high-volume hospitality venue.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.

• A passion for hospitality and guest experience.

• Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.

• Visa/Work Permit sponsorship and relocation support are not provided.

Salary & Benefits
