The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented and dynamic Content Creator based in Dublin.This is a creative, fast-paced position for a content specialist passionate about sport, food, drink, events, and brand storytelling.
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging digital and social media content that showcases the brand’s dining offerings, sporting partnerships, events, promotions, and overall guest experience.
Our client is a leading hospitality group with multiple venues known for exceptional food, vibrant bar experiences, live sport activations, and innovative event concepts. They are recognised for their strong brand identity, creative marketing strategies, and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality photo and video content highlighting restaurant dishes, bar menus, chef features, and seasonal food/drink campaigns.

  • Capture and edit content for live sporting events, match-day experiences, fan activations, and in-venue sports promotions.

  • Create behind-the-scenes stories showcasing chefs, bartenders, mixologists, and event operations.

  • Develop promotional content for signature food festivals, cocktail showcases, drink launches, and themed sporting events.

  • Craft compelling short-form videos optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and key sporting fixtures.

  • Attend live events, food tastings, and sports screenings to create real-time content.

  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency in all content.

  • Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and audience interaction across social platforms.

  • Track performance analytics and optimise content based on insights.

  • Support paid advertising campaigns with creative assets and concepts.

  • Ensure content remains on-trend with industry developments in sport, food, drink, and digital media.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, or digital storytelling (hospitality, lifestyle, sport, F&B strongly preferred).

  • Strong editing skills with experience using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva, etc.).

  • Deep interest in sport, food, drink, and event culture.

  • Experience producing content for high-traffic social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, especially during major sporting moments or events.

  • Strong organisational skills, creativity, and a proactive approach.

  • Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends during major events.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
