Noel Group are currently hiring Full-Time Production / Manufacturing General Operatives for a Night shift based in Kill, Co. Kildare. Full driving licence is essential due to the location.

Shift

Night Shift:
* Monday-Wednesday : 5:00pm – 3:00am
* Thursday : 5:00pm – 2:00am

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and support production machinery and equipment
  * Complete tasks such as assembly, packing, sanding, labelling, and quality checks
  * Work towards daily production targets
  * Follow all onsite health & safety and quality procedures
  * Support team members and adapt to different roles as required
  * Carry out manual handling duties including loading/unloading when needed

Requirements

• Valid Manual Handling certificate
  * Minimum 6 months production/manufacturing general operative experience
  * Experience working in a busy or target-driven environment
  * Full driving licence is essential due to the location
  * Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
  * Fluent English with strong communication skills
  * Excellent reliability, time management, and organisational skills
