Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Our client is looking to hire a Maintenance Electrician who will be responsible for supporting a large manufacturing site in Co Roscommon.

Working as part of a close-knit maintenance team, this role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in industrial electrical maintenance who wants to be part of a our clients continued growth story.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of equipment
• Install, commission, and verify proper operation of new machinery
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues affecting manufacturing processes
• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and scheduled equipment testing
• Adhere to electrical regulations, safety procedures, and industry standards at all times
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting equipment performance and reliability

Minimum requirements:

• Based in Ireland with the right to work (no visa sponsorship provided)
• Living within Roscommon region with own transport
• 3+ years’ experience in an industrial electrical maintenance role
• Comfortable with instrumentation control processes, control schematics and PLC programming.
• Rota’d weekends will be required (daytime hours)
