Groundworks Foreman – North Dublin | Leading Irish Builder/Developer

A leading and well-established Irish builder-developer is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a residential housing project located in North Dublin.

Key Requirements:

• Must have previously delivered construction projects in Ireland

• Proven track record working as a Groundworks Foreman on residential or similar developments

• Strong knowledge of groundworks, utilities, drainage, foundations, and general site preparation

• Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations

• Excellent understanding of Irish construction standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to drive productivity and maintain high-quality workmanship on site

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee all groundworks activities for a large housing development in North Dublin. You will ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
