Bar Supervisor – Limerick City
Salary: Up to €30,000 per annum
Location: Limerick City

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join a well-established venue known for its lively atmosphere, quality service, and excellent reputation among locals and visitors alike. The Bar Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar.

• Supervise and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Manage cash handling, stock control, and daily bar operations.

• Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance monitoring.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar area.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

• Contribute to driving sales and promoting special events or offers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of bar operations, stock control, and cash handling procedures.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
