Night Manager – Dungarvan (Free Accommodation & Meals)
Salary: €35,000 per annum
Location: Dungarvan, Co. Waterford
Hotel Size: 84 Bedrooms

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious 4-star hotel in Dungarvan to recruit an experienced and motivated Night Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property renowned for its warm hospitality, exceptional guest experience, and commitment to high operational standards.

As the Night Manager, you will oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service while maintaining safety, security, and smooth running of the property overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all night operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running of the front office and public areas.

• Provide a professional and friendly service to all guests, handling any issues or requests efficiently.

• Conduct nightly security checks throughout the property, ensuring safety standards are upheld.

• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and ensure all guest accounts are accurate.

• Prepare nightly reports and assist with financial reconciliations and audit duties.

• Supervise the night team, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, in line with hotel procedures.

• Liaise with management to communicate guest feedback or operational issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Night Manager or Night Supervisor role within a hotel environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.

• Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using hotel management systems (Opera or similar preferred).

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night hours.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa sponsorship or relocation packages are not provided.
