Site Manager – Active Travel Project (North Dublin)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of an exciting Active Travel Project in North Dublin. The project includes the construction of new cycleways, footpaths, and associated public realm improvements aimed at promoting sustainable transport and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilisation to completion.

• Manage subcontractors, labour, and material resources efficiently.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with the project engineer, design team, and client representatives.

• Maintain detailed site records, reports, and progress documentation.

• Enforce company health, safety, and environmental policies.

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with DMURS, TII, and NTA standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Management role within civil engineering or infrastructure.

• Proven track record delivering road, cycleway, or public realm projects.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Excellent knowledge of health & safety management and QA systems.

• Full clean Irish driver’s licence.

• Relevant construction management or civil engineering qualification(s)

• Have a track record on delivering Civil Engineering projects in Ireland
