Receptionist & Administrator – Hospital Setting (Ongoing Assignment) Wexford
Noel Group Healthcare are seeking a professional and adaptable Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy hospital team on an ongoing basis in the Wexford area. This is a patient-facing role requiring excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and compassionate manner
- Managing enquiries in person, by telephone, and electronically
- Carrying out a range of administrative duties including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
- Supporting hospital staff with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring high standards of service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (healthcare experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Must be willing to complete Garda Clearance
