About the Role:

This is a temporary role with ongoing opportunities, perfect for someone looking for steady work Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do:

Welcome visitors with a warm, professional greeting

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain the reception area to a high standard

Provide general administrative support to the office team

Manage diary appointments and meeting room bookings

Support ad-hoc office tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:

Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, approachable, and confident phone manner

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
