Job description

We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join us in our Cork Office. This role will involve working in a busy city centre office, where we welcome a large number of visitors each day. We are looking for a friendly face, to be the first point of contact when you arrive to our office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with managing multiple visitors at the same time. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 10am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and mail distribution
  • Assist recruitment consultants with day-to-day activities as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Support general office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
