We’re expanding our Warehouse & Logistics divisions nationwide and are on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic, experienced team.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our consultants and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

From compliance and coordination to candidate care and communications – your day will be varied, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to engage candidates for active roles

  • Source, screen, and shortlist CVs for a variety of warehouse and logistics positions

  • Send candidate CVs to consultants or clients promptly

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and respond quickly to urgent staffing needs

  • Ensure full candidate compliance: right-to-work checks, references, and onboarding paperwork

  • Post job ads, manage applications, and update job boards

  • Keep internal systems and trackers up to date with candidate activity

  • Provide general admin and recruitment support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • Experience in a recruitment/resourcing/admin role (warehouse/logistics sector a plus)

  • Confident making outbound calls and speaking to a wide range of candidates

  • High attention to detail – especially around compliance and documentation

  • Able to manage high volumes of CVs and candidate data

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine team player
