Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
Reports To: On-Site Location Manager

The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We’re proud to partner with a prestigious client in the facilities management industry to search for a hardworking Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, managing your station, and helping to innovate new menu ideas alongside a supportive culinary team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals to agreed recipes and standards under the guidance of the Location Manager and Regional Development Chef

  • Take ownership of your section, ensuring cleanliness, stock levels, and prep are consistently maintained

  • Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to meet high standards

  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members and support the broader team where required

  • Assist with new recipe development, tastings, and innovation

  • Ensure all food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures are followed, including up-to-date HACCP documentation

  • Maintain and care for all kitchen equipment, reporting any issues as necessary


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role or equivalent

  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food presentation styles

  • Sound understanding of HACCP, food hygiene, and kitchen safety standards

  • Ability to remain calm and productive in a high-pressure environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding food and creating memorable culinary experiences
