Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
Reports To: On-Site Location Manager

Key Responsibilities
-
Prepare and cook meals to agreed recipes and standards under the guidance of the Location Manager and Regional Development Chef

Take ownership of your section, ensuring cleanliness, stock levels, and prep are consistently maintained

Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to meet high standards

Collaborate with other kitchen team members and support the broader team where required

Assist with new recipe development, tastings, and innovation
-
Ensure all food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures are followed, including up-to-date HACCP documentation

Maintain and care for all kitchen equipment, reporting any issues as necessary
Key Requirements

Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role or equivalent
-
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food presentation styles
-
Sound understanding of HACCP, food hygiene, and kitchen safety standards

Ability to remain calm and productive in a high-pressure environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
